Now that the weather is awful, there is plenty of time to build new planes.

I have been wondering why there are so few really interesting small nitro planes. Running on brushless is a bit boring usually, and a lot of money is spent on lipos that die quite soon anyway...

... so I bought the Multiplex Space Scooter -- all Multiplex planes I have ever tried are excellent in every regard. They usually glide well and easily and have quite a low wing loading so converting them to a glow engine should be OK as the wing load shouldn't be too large even with a glow engine.
