Problem Setup

Let us consider the problem of scattering of a radio frequency wave from a random shaped object, such as asteroid or ant hill. Our intention is to carry out the computation from a rather naive point of view and keep all the formulations as simple as possible. Let us assume, that the body (asteroid, ant hill,...) is characterized by its surface . We assume, that the surface is convex.
