Problem Setup

Let us consider the problem of scattering of a radio frequency wave from a random shaped object, such as asteroid or ant hill. Our intention is to carry out the computation from a rather naive point of view and keep all the formulations as simple as possible. Let us assume, that the body (asteroid, ant hill,...) is characterized by its surface \Omega\,. We assume, that the surface is convex.
